IMPORTANT: Photos must be provided to show proof of the qualified exceptions.
Note: If a product is refunded, the credit or debit card fees will not be refunded, as that is issued by the financial institution of the cardholder. Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Shipping may not refunded either, depending on the circumstances of the inquiry. If loss of product happens during the shipping process, we will provide a refund when the shipping company has confirmed it. Customers are accountable, liable, and responsible for any allergies or reactions to any products they buy for themselves or as a gift to someone else. The customer is fully liable for any harm caused to themself or any other person/s by the product.

- Membership fees are required to gain access to the benefits we offer, and the benefits only remain active as long as you are a member. Memberships are monthly payments and will indefinitely be required to receive the exclusive offers of our service. Membership costs are listed on our site and we accept payments from every payment option we have available. Failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
- Memberships are charged on a monthly basis and it is priced at 29.95$ for Canada and the United states. The amount for all other countries are usually equivalent to the currency exchange of the price in Canada and the United States, but the price may be considerably different for each location. The membership is applied automatically on each purchase, once per customer, and as stated, is required to receive the benefits from our store, such as the discounted prices, various access to features and pages, and for exclusive offers.
5. Renewal and Cancellation:

Memberships may be renewed by paying the renewal fee on or before the expiration date. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice 7 days before the renewal date, as this provides us reasonable time to manage your inquiry before the payment period begins. We may offer refunds depending on the circumstances of the request, as well as if it applies to our required refund exceptions, but is not limited to these exceptions. You must notify us prior to the billing date, as mentioned above, otherwise we may not be able refund the entire monthly fee. By accepting the free trial of our memberships, you agree to the terms and conditions of all of our policies and must legally adhere to them.
Memberships will be charged on the day of each month that the membership was originally acquired. The charge will vary according to your region and country, and the price will be charged each month after the free trial period has ended. The membership price and frequency are listed on the membership product page. The cost may be different for each region or country. Customers must contact the support team to cancel their free trial membership. Customers on the paid membership will be able to cancel their membership through the account page on the site.
The complimentary trial period of our membership is automatically activated upon any purchase made on our store. Upon expiration of the trial period, the membership will seamlessly transition to a paid monthly subscription, unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By proceeding through the checkout process and finalizing each purchase, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms, conditions, and policies delineated by Treasure. Any purchases made while on the free trial mean you have applied for the paid membership and will be charged for the following pay period.
