Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions:
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. Pre-orders:
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, full payment, or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially or fully paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns and refunds policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy:
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
Product/Order Cancellation:
Our cancellation policy stipulates that orders must be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to request cancellations, and we will make every effort to accommodate their request. Please note that any cancellation requests made after an order has been shipped will be subject to our standard refund policy.
Membership Cancellation:
Memberships may be renewed by paying the renewal fee on or before the expiration date. Members may cancel their free trial membership by providing a written notice at least seven days before the renewal date, as this provides us reasonable time to manage your inquiry before the payment period begins. We may offer refunds depending on the circumstances of the request, as well as if it applies to our required refund exceptions, but is not limited to these exceptions. You must notify us prior to the billing date, as mentioned above, otherwise we may not be able refund the entire monthly fee. By accepting the free trial of our memberships, you agree to the terms and conditions of all of our policies and must legally adhere to them.
Memberships will be charged on the day of each month that the membership was originally acquired. The charge will vary according to your region and country, and the price will be charged each month after the free trial period has ended. The membership price and frequency are listed on the membership product page. The cost may be different for each region or country. Customers must contact the support team to cancel their free trial membership. Customers on the paid membership will be able to cancel their membership through the account page on the site.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with us. Refunds may apply, depending on the circumstances of the inquiry. Once the free trial period ends, customers who do not cancel will automatically transition to a paid membership and will be charged for the following pay period. Paid members can cancel their membership at any time from their account page. Customers cannot cancel the free trial membership on the website as they're not fully-fledged members yet. The feature to cancel the membership is only applicable to paid members only. The free trial allows customers to view and get familiar with the features that are available to them as members. Any purchases made while on the free trial mean you have applied for the paid membership and will be charged for the following pay period. Free trial members can contact support to cancel their free trial at any time and are not restricted from cancelling their free trial membership. Using this method, customers can only cancel their free trial if they contact our support team: @TreasureTeam24@gmail.com.
